BULK SUPPLY & TRADING

Our supply and trading unit serves not only as a meeting point for the company and the Nigerian domestic energy consumer, but also as a link between the company and international energy suppliers. The unit is fully responsible for the bulk procurement of petroleum products (e.g. Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), Dual Purpose Kerosene (DPK) and Low Pour Fuel Oil (LPFO)), ensuring international quality standards are always met and competitive prices are consistently achieved. Local purchase orders (LPOs) are then secured to deliver bulk products to customers on both a local and international level . In the short to medium term, we also aim to enter into joint venture partnerships to acquire large sea vessels in a bid to further expand our local and international bulk supply operations.

RETAIL MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION

Everyday, Zed meets the energy demands of consumers worldwide by creating unique energy solutions to help reduce cost, ensure reliable supply and achieve predictable customer satisfaction. The retail marketing and distribution unit is entrusted with the responsibility of getting the company's products to their end users, as well as securing other independent petroleum products marketing firms to purchase our petroleum products. Our retail activities also include managing an NNPC Floating Mega Station (in Nembe, Bayelsa State), which commenced operations in January 2010.

We also aim to acquire a fleet of delivery trucks in the short to medium term, so as to further expand our local retail operations beyond the South-South and South-West regions of Nigeria. Zed has long term plans to build / acquire several retail service stations and storage facilities across the Sub-Saharan African region. With our unique value added services that are difficult to duplicate, we would be strategically positioning ourselves to deliver energy more efficiently to our numerous customers across the continent.

ENGINEERING AND PROCUREMENT SERVICES

Our engineering and procurement unit provides various engineering support services, including the procurement of quality pipes, well heads, drill bits, drill pipes, tubulars etc. for companies requiring high quality drilling components.
