He not only is a director /shareholder of the company, but is also responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. He also worked in association with Foremost Industry Companies such as Intels (Logistics and Shipping), and Energy and Allied Services.

He was a founding partner of the Mettle Energy & Gas Ltd, built and managed the operations department, specializing in the bulk purchase of diversified petroleum products and deliveries of coastal and bunkering allocations into shore tanks across the West Coast.
He is a founding partner of Zed Energy Limited and is responsible for trading activities, operations and maintaining government relations before assuming the position as the Managing Director and Chief Executive in 2009. He is also the chairman of the Terralog Limited (Equipment & Logistics firm), Harbour Point Marine & Energy Limited (Procurement firm) and so many others. He sits on the board of Lomzoh Limited as Co-founder of the global commodity trading outfit.
Ohio is Director Consultant and Chief Corporate Governance Officer for Zed Energy Group with emphasis on corporate governance, project management, project finance, structuring finance, corporate strategy, quality assurance, people management and risk management. Before his appointment into Zed Energy, Mr. Ojeagbase is the founding partner of O J McCoy Limited and Lomzoh Energy Company Limited (an energy & gas project management company). His activities are concentrated in the areas of Energy Project & Structured Financing, Corporate Visioning, Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management & Systems Control Business Processes and Organization Design. Other areas of expertise include Post Merger Integration, Balanced Scorecard, Risk Management, Financial and Budget Planning, Quality Assurance, Value Realization, Human Resources Management, and Technology Implementation. He has over eleven years experience.
He is currently serving as the Founding Director at O J McCoy Limited (a business turnaround and enterprise building firm), In-house Chief Strategic Consultant both at Mettle Energy & Gas Limited, Masters Energy, and ApexIncar Petroleum Plc. At Zed Energy Limited, a few of his responsibilities include directing the strategic risk management financing trading activities globally, formulating and directing the bids for long term and spot purchases of crude oil and refined products throughout world. While working to expand the company's trading presence in the world energy sector, he oversees all business strategy, finance, risk management and contract administration.

He has a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Benin where he made second-class upper honors. He also has an executive management programme (MBA) in Organizational Strategic Management & majoring in Finance from Lagos and Sweden in 2011. He attended several seminars on Leadership, Management, Business Law, Business Processes, Cash flow Management, Peak Performance Management, Change Management, Credit Analysis, Financial Auditing & Analysis, Business Strategy Development, Marketing and Sales Skills as well as Product and Brand Management. He has over twelve years experience working in different industry and began his career with MIG Consulting and later moved to Access Bank Plc as Team Leader, Consumer & Commercial Banking Group. A Graduate of God’s Army Bible College in 2011 with diploma in Pastoral Theology & Evangelism. In 2012, he obtained certification in Enterprise Risk Management as Associate Professional from ERMA Singapore. Presently studying PhD in view from Atlantic International University on Leadership & Corporate Governance.
Mr. Ajakpovi holds an LL.B from the University of Benin. He is a founding partner, Executive Director and shareholder of the Company. He is responsible for the legal business decisions of the company. Mr. Ajakpovi practiced as a Senior Associate in the firm of Strachan Partners, Lagos for 6 years. Prior to that, he practiced in the firm of Chris Ogubanjo & Co. Mena has over twelve years experience in Corporate Law and Commercial Litigation. As a Senior Associate in the firm of Strachan Partners, he participated in the negotiation, drafting and review of series of Commercial Agreements and Joint Ventures for projects in Marine and Oil and Gas. He worked closely with venture capitalists and private lenders in the structuring of assets securitizations involving marine vessels and machinery. He specializes in due diligence exercise for cross border acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He brings wealth of experience as a commercial litigator in the drafting and review of agreements.
Mena also has considerable experience in Intellectual property Law. He is a Notary Public and a Fellow of the Centre for International Legal Studies, Austria. He is a member of the International Trademark Association and a member of the Section for Business Law of the International Bar Association. He also has several published articles to his credit.
